This heading includes project management tools (APQP / VDA-RGA), risk analysis and minimization tools (FTA, DFMEA, PFMEA), statistical tools (MSA, SPC, Capability, DOE) and product release and series production procedures (PPAP). / VDA2 / ISIR). Also tools for systematic team problem solving (8D Method, CQI-20) in the phase of serial production, but also pre-series.
In addition to a detailed explanation of the requirements, the trainings are mainly focused on the practical application of individual tools. They illustrate the use and implementation of tools with examples. Practical exercises help participants to understand and master the individual tools.
