Management systems auditing is governed by ISO 19011. It is the basis for the qualification of auditors in companies. The revised standard brings several changes:
– Greater attention is paid to remote auditing and auditing of virtual locations.
– Supplemented Annex 1 – guidance for auditors for planning and conducting audits. It covers basic concepts such as a process approach, professional evaluation and remote audit methods
– Audit evidence also includes digital information
– Auditors’ competencies and expertise also include digital skills.
Although there are not many changes, it is a good idea to review them and gradually introduce them into audit practice. Our philosophy is training with practical examples. So we will go through case studies on how best to audit using the new requirements of the standard.
