About training:
Production Process and Product approval process is a formalized procedure required by automotive industry suppliers. The IATF 16949 standard requires to conform to customer requirements during authorization. The training is primarily based on the requirements from the latest PPAP and VDA editions, it also contains the information about other forms and kinds of release (such as ISIR).
Objectives:
- Understand the meaning and contents of the customer requirements during product and process submitting and approving
- Explain the specifics of individual requirements acc. to the methodology and the customer
- Workshop – define scope of submission and approval in organization – applicable requirements
- show how to work together as a team in the preparation of appropriate documentation, division of responsibilities
Target group:
Employees from the area of product and process development, manufacturing processes preparation, verification, and validation of products and manufacturing processes.
