Field Defective Parts Analysis

About training:

The methodology of the analysis of defective parts from field is an important part of the process of resolving warranty claims. The goal is to confirm product defects from the field, analyze the conditions and circumstances that cause the defects, and minimize the occurrence of these defects and their impact on end users through corrective measures.

The Field Defective Parts Analysis training aims to introduce the current VDA FFA (Field Failure Analysis) methodologies and the alternative CQI-14 Automotive Warranty Management. The training explains the process of handling complaints, including examples of possible applications in the supply chain. It is intended for claim-handlers, design and process handlers, engineers, as well as those responsible for the manufacturing process.
